Evening Vespers- Sunday's 7:00p.m.
"Experiencing God in Fresh Ways Together"
On Sunday evenings at 7:00pm we gather to worship and experience God in a unique and meaningful way at Evening Vespers. On the second Sunday of each month a Taize worship service is offered in the Sanctuary. On the third Sunday a traditional Vespers service including communion and a “hymnsing” takes place in the Chapel. Throughout the rest of the month, other worship opportunities include Love feasts, Lecto devino, Blessing of the Animals, and special guest speakers. Childcare is now provided each week!
June 2010:
June 6th- Love Feast, a service focused on God's love in our lives
June 13th- Youth Musical, Godspell, in the Chapel
June 20th- Taize, a service of music, prayer, silence, and meditation in the Sanctuary
June 27th- Traditional Vespers
July 2010:
July 4th- No service
July 11th- Taize, a service of music, prayer, silence, and meditation in the Sanctuary
July 18th- Traditional Vespers with Communion
July 25th- Psalmody, a service of exploring, reading, and singing of the Psalms
Taize at Saint Paul's this Sunday
Join us the second Sunday evening of every month at 7:00pm in the Sanctuary as we participate in the moving Taize worship service. This service, which grew out of the Taize community in France, includes singing simple, beautiful music, a time of silence, and spoken and silent prayers. This month, we will meet on July 11th. Childcare is available in the Nursery during Taize and each week during Vespers!
