SENIOR HIGH MISSION TRIP INFO

WHEN:    Saturday, June 2 -   Sunday, June 10, 2007

WHO:      Completed 9th—12th grade

WHAT:     A week filled with hard work and a lot of fun! We will spend the week doing home repair for economically disadvantaged families and helping maintain the Red Bird Mission campus. This is a mission trip and the work is hard, but the rewards are great!

WHERE:   Red Bird Mission in Beverly, KY. We will stay in cabins on the mission campus.

WHY:       Jesus said, “Whatever you have done for the least of my people, you have done for me”. (Matthew 25:40) Besides it’s a great way to put your faith to action.

HOW:      Fill out the permission form and return it with your deposit of $115 by the FINAL deadline on Sunday, March 11. You can leave in the church office or give to Stephanie York on Sundays in Sanders Hall.

COST:     Total cost of the trip is $275 (AMAZING!) which includes a tubing trip down the Cumberland River on our day off.

Payment schedule is:

Deposit & Permission form due March 11:  $ 115

2nd Payment Due April 29                           $  80

3rd Payment Due May 20                            $  80

TOTAL COST:                                               $275 (AMAZING!)

 SPACE IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 15 STUDENTS.

We must have your permission form and deposit to place you on the list. A NOTARIZED medical release form will be due with the second payment. All payments are non-refundable. If you are placed on the list and decide later not to go, you will be responsible for the full amount unless you can secure a replacement.
