Conversations and Coffee
Looking for a place to simply relax or escape the hectic life of being a young adult? Stop by the Black Dog Café next to Lake Ella starting Thursday, Jan. 28 and visit with other young adults. We enjoy a good cup of coffee, conversation, and even a board game or two. We start gathering at 8:00pm every Thursday. Please come and go as you can. We’d love to see you there!
Winter Jam
On Friday, March 5 the Young Adults head over to the Winter Jam concert at the Tallahassee-Leon County Civic Center to check out recording artists such as Third Day, Newsboys, and Newsong. Tickets are only $10. We’ll meet at the church at 5:30p.m. to carpool to the concert.
Volleyball and Dinner
Join us on Tues. March 23 as we head down the road to Faith Presbyterian Church to join their Young Adult group in a rousing game of volleyball. It should be a great time! We'll head out for dinner after the game. Meet at Faith Presbyterian Church at 6:00p.m.
Cookie Care Package Making
We'll gather after the 9:45am service (11:00ish) to bake, pack, and hopefully deliver cookie care packages to our college students as they prepare for finals. We'll squeeze lunch in there somewhere too! It should be a fun time. We will not meet for Every Other on this date.
