Description: A We are a group of about 20 people who love learning more about God through great discussion, great friendships and great fun. Most of us are married with children. We like sports, academics (some are working on masters or doctorate degrees) and working in the community. At present, our class facilitators are Eric Reed and David and Yvonne Burks. Most of all we are glad to have found a "place" in the church where we feel comfortable and can grow in our faith.
BIBLE STUDY CLASS

Description:This is a small, friendly, multi-generational group that enjoys reading and discussing Christian literature together, such as books by James Moore and J. Ellsworth Kalas. We enjoy hearing other points of view and struggling together to understand the difficult questions of faith. A lively sense of humor ensures that there is never a dull moment! Everyone is welcome.
BURLEIGH LAW CLASS

Description: Burleigh Law is a large class with many retired couples and singles. Sometimes they have very traditional lesson and sometimes they study current issues and how they relate to the Christian Life. Class members usually lead the group. They plan fun and exciting fellowship times (monthly) and take many trips. They are currently studying "Effective Christians" using the Adult Bible Studies series. The class sponsors our Two and Three Year Old class.
CHEERS-Christians Happily Engaged in Exciting, Relevant Studies

Description: CHEERS – where everybody knows your name - is our newest class. It started in May 2009 and is multi-generational, couples and singles. This class focuses on contemporary issues in a supportive Christian environment. Some of the topics being discussed include: Medical Ethics, Forgiveness, Health Care Reform, Characters in the Bible, End of Life Issues, and Understanding Other Religions. Check them out. ED WYNN CLASS

Description: Ed Wynn Class has its coffee pot perking and a steaming cup of fellowship awaits those who join this enthusiastic group. The format is lecture/discussion. The class holds socials regularly, is involved in community outreach and supports the mission programs of the church. Currently, we use the Adult Bible Study series materials. Ed Wynn class sponsors the Kindergarten class.
KOINONIA

Description: Koinonia offers a wonderful mixture of ages and experiences. Teachers use the Adult Bible Study series and the class enjoys discussion. Many retired ladies, a few gentlemen and some middle aged folks are in this medium-sized, but growing class. A beautiful spirit of life is present in these members. They sponsor the 3rd Graders.
NEW BEGINNINGS CLASS

Description: New Beginnings has couples, singles and single-on-Sunday members, with and without children, and ranging in age from late 30's to early 50's. It is an active and exciting class that is involved in many aspects of the church. This class is for those who are interested in enriching Bible study, opportunities for Christian service and fellowship in class as well as at social gatherings. They are currently studying from a book called Embracing Grace. They are sponsors of the Four and Five Year Old Sunday School class.
NEW HORIZONS CLASS

Description: New Horizons is a hospitable community of sinners appreciative of God’s prevenient grace. They follow the Wesleyan Quadrilateral of scripture, tradition, reason and experience, and the New Horizon’s 3Fs: food, fellowship and fun. Many have children in college or beginning families as well as aging parents. Their lessons cover scripture, spiritual disciplines, social issues and matters of faith in practice. They conduct local missions, fund needy families and missionaries and staff mission trips. Those seeking fellowship, spiritual challenge and faith in action will find a welcoming home.
SEEKERS CLASS

Location: Room 300
Description: Seekers Class is an exciting group with an age range from 40 years and up. This is a very large class with a strong bond that they exhibit through support for their members. New members and visitors are warmly accepted into the fold. They enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere with interesting topics and speakers. Non-traditional in the best sense of the word describes them. The Seekers sponsor the 4th and 5th Grade Sunday School class.
SURRENDERED LIFE CLASS
Time: 11:00 am
Location: Room 314
Description: Also known as the Epworth Hour, the Surrendered Life Class is a diverse group of enthusiastic students of God's word. Singles and married couples from 30 years old and up, with and without children, meet for fellowship and continued study of the Bible. Class members take leadership in choosing curriculum and teaching. Studies vary from those centered around holy days, current events, special topics and/or popular Bible studies.
WD GRAY CLASS
Time: 9:45 am
Location: Room 305
Description: WD Gray Class is a small, older men's class with a lecture/discussion format centering on the Adult Bible Series. Members enjoy fellowship and conversation about current events and other pertinent topics.
