IDEAS ON GETTING CONNECTED AT SAINT PAUL'S
Dear friends,
We're a large church with many activities. We've got four worship services on Sundays and many small groups meeting during the week. I've had a lot of questions asked of me about the best ways to get connected if you are new to our church.
So here are a few ideas to help you navigate into the community of Saint Paul's:
- Sign up for the email letter from me. I send out a note about every other week to highlight a number of upcoming events. This note is meant to be not so much a newsletter as it is a personal note and my reflections on the life of our community. You can sign up HERE.
- Drop by on a Wednesday night for a fellowship dinner (serving starts at 5:30 pm). This will give you a chance to meet some others in the Saint Paul's community.
- Sign up for a Bible Study or check out our Sunday School Classes. Saint Paul's has amazing number of classes for people of all ages. Click on the following links to learn more about Sunday School Classes and Bible Studies.
- Call one of the pastors or staff to learn more about how you can plug in. While we are very busy, we are also very excited about helping you find your place at Saint Paul's. Give us a call at 385-5146.
- In the very near future we will be offering a class on discovering your spiritual gifts. This will allow you to take a Spiritual Gifts Inventory which will help you discover the particular way God has equipped you for life and ministry.
- If you're still searching for a way to plug in, or even before you start with these ideas, feel free to email me at clarke(at)saintpaulsumc.org. I'd love to hear from you.
Grace and peace,
Clarke Campbell-Evans
